While the voters show what they feelings on immigration are many in our local governments are being engulfed by a black which has them proposing hateful immigration laws. Kansas is the latest state to jump on board and apparently the anti-immigrant sentiment is being seen in television ads by a group called the Coalition [...]

The “Don”, Donald Cresitello gives his city of Morristown an officer they can’t refuse. Either approve his higher budget or he’ll whack some heads off the police force. Morale must be high today for the Morristown police department. Thanks Cresitello – I guess all ‘progressive’ towns claiming to be the ‘hottest town [...]

I copied this video from Pro Inmigrant. I believe Annabel Park, in this video, shows a tremendous amount of compassion and bravery in confronting an angry man who assumes, as many do, that the Hispanics before him are all undocumented. She is a wonderful example of how compassion is a great tool [...]

Fox News says terrorists are sending killer robots after us!
February 28, 2008
Like many liberals, I’ve never had a high opinion of Fox News, but even I was willing to believe they tried to adhere to some journalistic standards. And apparently, they do – except that they’re using the same standards as The Onion.
Yesterday, Fox posted [...]

Lou Barletta, mayor of Hazleton, has been rallied by many anti-immigrant groups in the region to run for congress and he’s decided to do so. He tried previously in 2002 and was defeated by the incumbent.

Smart Borders in a wonderful blog written by a person very close to the Texas/Mexico border. The about page states:
I am a 24-year-old Penn State University graduate currently teaching high-school English and English-as-a-Second-Language in Brownsville, TX. I will be attending University of Minnesota Law School this upcoming fall, and I am excited to focus [...]

ICED Game Review – Updated
I’m not the best reviewer there is, but I’ve tried to do a good job giving you an overview of the game. I need to spend a little more time in the detention center and give some ideas on that experience and see if you can eventually get out. [...]

Anyone that’s paid attention to the anti-immigrant groups knows that they have no problem making Hispanics their main target. While they claim they are for “legal” immigration and not against Hispanics they will break out the English/Spanish dictionaries and write signs in Spanish at their rallies. I’ve also seen wonderful signs such as [...]

I think festivals celebrating the varied heritages that compose the U.S are wonderful. However I never thought I’d see one in Hazleton were the people so adamantly supported their mayor’s anti-immigrant laws and rhetoric which were directed at Hispanics (thought the mayor would never admit to this, but the protesters at many rallies for the mayor directly mentioned Hispanics and [...]
