Strickland wants state troopers fired for racist prank – Toledo Blade
Ohio Governor Ted Strickland has recommended the dismissal of an Ohio State Highway patrol trooper and a sergeant for their involvement in a prank where the trooper dressed up in a Ku Klux Klan-like outfit and the sergeant photographed the trooper and distributed the photo. “This incident has tarnished the reputation of a great law enforcement agency,” the governor’s office said in a press release issued Tuesday morning.
