Ex-Officer Acquitted in Death of Immigrant in Westchester

A former Mount Kisco police officer was acquitted of all charges in the death of an illegal immigrant from Guatemala.

The NY police officers who shot Sean Bell were acquitted so it’s no surprise to read that an officer who allegedly punched an undocumented migrant causing his death would walk free.  Not all officers are bad, but when one believes you’re a criminal and acts as judge they are rarely punished.

There seems to be little to no punishment for those that cause harm to migrants, but much punishment comes to the migrants themselves.

  1. Ridiculous. This officer was tried in court and found not guilty.

Mr. Perez was a chronically drunk vagrant. It’s not like some nice guy who came home from work and got punched by the evil police officer. Mount Kisco police are amazingly tolerant of all the criminal illegals we have in our town. But that’s never enough for all the racists that just saw the color of this guy’s skin and decided the policeman was guilty. Screw a fair trail!
